I had to get my hair done before I leave next weekend... oh my word, so much to do and I spent so much of today sat in the hairdressers. Must be more productive tomorrow. Anyhoos, here are my new absolute favourite shoes in the whole world. I blogged about these way back in January and am so happy that they finally came back into stock on the Schuh website! As soon as I saw them, I reserved them at my local store and practically ran to pick them up the next day. I haven't taken them off since. They are going to be on my feet all summer, so I will just apologise for the over-exposure now....
Don't ask me why I put this cardi and top together. I just sort of fancied clashing prints today.... I worry that I look too matchy-matchy a lot of the time. There is an odd story behind this cardigan. My best friend Kathy has this exact same one that she found in a charity shop several years ago. We were in Oxfam in Aber and I spotted this one- she wasn't sure where hers was, so we wondered whether one of her housemates had mistakenly donated it... turns out she had it at home, and it was just a freaky dupe. Exactly the same size and everything... really weird. So now we are weird cardigan twins!
The top is just one I picked up in the sale at work. It's sleeveless, so is pretty impractical for me, but it cost me £4.80. And it has watermelons on it. Not much more to be said really.
The jewellery is the combination I have been wearing constantly recently, as you can probably tell from the fact there is a cuff of another jumper on display in the photo. I took some photos on Tuesday of an outfit, but they were kind of dingy and I looked really lumpy, so I decided to forgo embarrassing myself on the internet further.
I don't really have much to say really. Things are obviously a little chaotic at the minute, and I am panicking slightly about the move, but it will all be over in a week. And then a week after that I will be going to see Kate Nash with Kathy in Birmingham.... SO. FREAKING. EXCITED. I am going to have a hard time not acting too much like a crazy stalker. Let's not even talk about the awkward hair situation...
I love this outfit! I always feel that I am too matchy matchy too! The top is lovely. I always shy away from sleeveless tops if possible, and will always be found in a cardie haha! x
